Remove/install right footwell bass speaker - AR82.62-P-7821RK

NOTES Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove front prefuse box (F32) and place to one side with electrical lines attached IMPORTANT Perform only those operation steps required to remove the front prefuse box (F32). AR54.15-P-1330RK
2 Unscrew positive battery cable (6) from through-plating on firewall (F52/1) IMPORTANT To do so, pull cover (4) to one side and unscrew nut (5).  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut, positive line to through plating on firewall *BA54.15-P-1010-01A 
3 Remove cover (10) from bracket (9) IMPORTANT To do so, release catch (11) using a screwdriver.  
4 Fold up cover (11) and unscrew nut (12) for positive battery cable (13) from pyrotechnical separator (K88) NOTES
Do not disconnect positive battery cable (13) from pyrotechnical separator (K88) yet.
In the event of damage, the positive battery cable (13) must be completely exchanged.
 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut, positive line to pyrotechnical separator *BA54.15-P-1009-01A 
5 Remove pyrotechnical separator (K88) from positive battery cable (13) NOTES
The positive battery cable (13) is an aluminum flat cable and must not be deformed or kinked. High electrical resistances may be generated by cracks or structural changes that occur at the kink. In the event of damage, the positive battery cable (13) must be completely exchanged.
IMPORTANT To do so, remove screws/bolts (16). Only lift positive battery cable (13) until the contact stud of the pyrotechnical separator (K88) can be removed from the hole of the positive battery cable (13). Pull pyrotechnical separator (K88) upwards here.
 
6 Disconnect electrical connector (15) IMPORTANT To do so, release connector fastening (14).  
7 Unscrew nuts (17) and pull CAN potential distributor bracket (18) toward rear IMPORTANT The left nut (19) of the bracket (9) is located below the CAN potential distributor bracket (18).  
8 Remove bracket (9) NOTES
Carefully remove bracket (9).
Otherwise the positive battery cable (13) and the right footwell bass speaker (H4/43 or H4/89) may be damaged.
IMPORTANT To do so, unscrew nuts (19).
 
9 Disconnect electrical connector (20)    
10 Remove right footwell bass speaker (H4/43 or H4/89) IMPORTANT To do so, unscrew nuts (21).
Depending on equipment installed, the right footwell bass speaker (H4/43 or H4/89) is installed.
 
11 Install in the reverse order
