| 1 | Remove rear wall paneling | AR68.30-P-4750RK | |
| 2 | Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key (A8/1) or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button (S2/3) from electronic ignition lock control unit (N73) | ||
| 3 | Unscrew nuts (1) at emergency call system control unit (N123/4) | ||
| 4 | Remove emergency call system control unit (N123/4) from major assembly carrier | ||
| 5 | Disconnect electrical connectors (2) and remove emergency call system control unit (N123/4) | ||
| 6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 7 | Perform initial startup of emergency call system control unit (N123/4) using STAR DIAGNOSIS | Only when replacing emergency call system control unit (N123/4). | |
| Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory | AD00.00-P-2000-04A |
