	Remove/install
1	Remove bolt of front axle shaft	Model 217 Model 222 with code M005 (4MATIC) except code Z07 (Top protection) Bolt, front axle shaft to wheel hub	*BA33.30-P-1001-02H
2	Remove brake disk		AR42.10-P-0220LF
3	Remove brake cover plate (1)
4	Unhook electrical line (2) of the brake pad wear sensor from the cable duct (3) at the front	When removing the right steering knuckle (4)
5.1	Detach rpm sensor and unhook electrical line (5) from cable duct (3)	Model 222 except code M005 (4MATIC) except code Z07 (Top protection)	AR42.30-P-0712LF
5.2	Detach rpm sensor and unclip cable duct (11) and place to one side	Model 217 Model 222 with code M005 (4MATIC) except code Z07 (Top protection)	AR42.30-P-0712LF
6	Detach cable duct (3) at steering knuckle (4)	Model 222 except code M005 (4MATIC) except code Z07 (Top protection)
7	Remove tie rod (6) at steering knuckle (4)	The ball head must be counterheld and a impact wrench/driver must not be used. Otherwise the ball head or steering knuckle (4) may be damaged. Nut, tie rod to steering knuckle	*BA46.40-P-1001-01M
8	Unscrew nut (7) of the strut rod at steering knuckle (4)	The ball head must be counterheld and a impact wrench/driver must not be used. Otherwise the ball head or steering knuckle (4) may be damaged. Nut, strut rod to steering knuckle	*BA33.20-P-1003-01T
