	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood
2	Remove cover from the coolant expansion reservoir (2)
3	Unscrew cap (1) for coolant expansion reservoir (2)
4	Suction coolant out of coolant expansion reservoir (2)	Hand pump	Fig 3
5	Disconnect electrical connection (5)
6	Unhook coolant hoses (9) on coolant expansion reservoir (2)
7	Release lock (3) and pull respective coolant lines (4) out of coolant expansion reservoir (2)	Replace O-ring on coolant line (4).
8	Remove screw/bolt (6) and lift coolant expansion reservoir (2)
9	Detach coolant hose (7) on coolant expansion reservoir (2)		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
10	Remove coolant expansion reservoir (2) upwards	Ensure that rubber bushings (8) are seated properly.
11	Install in the reverse order
	Check
12	Check coolant level and correct if necessary	Coolant mixing ratio	*BF20.00-P-1001-04A
13	Check engine cooling system for leaktightness		AR20.00-P-1010LF
