Steps 3 to 5

	Cleaning and applying preservation agent
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being pinched or crushed  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, liftgates or sliding roof	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Risk of explosion  from pressurized spray cans	Protect cans from direct sunlight and temperatures above 50 °C.	AS00.00-Z-0015-01A
1	Park the vehicle on a level, horizontal surface	Pay attention to adequate gap in the door opening area otherwise damage to the body may occur.
2	Open driver door and clean bearing (1) for door holder	Remove wax preservative residues and pollution in the area around the ball studs (2b).
		Cleaner from package	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
3	Press ball socket (2p) on door holder off of ball studs (2b)	Helper must fix driver door in place to prevent damage from opening too widely.
4	Retighten ball studs (2b)		*BA72.10-P-1021-01R
5	Press ball socket (2p) on door holder to ball studs (2b)
6	Spray wax preservative onto bearing (1) for door holder	Spray on wax preservative in the marked area only around the hexagon of the ball studs (2) and in a thin layer. Mask off the surrounding area to protect again splash spots or clean afterwards.

7	Repeat steps 2 to 6 on front passenger door and rear doors
8	Close driver door, front passenger door and rear doors
