| 1 | Remove seat-back lining (3) from left or right backrest | AR91.10-P-1910LF | |
| 2 | Adjust backrest toward rear until head restraint (1) can be removed from backrest | ||
| 3 | Remove retaining clip (6) from left and right support (arrows) of bracket (5) | Note installation position of retaining clip (6). |

| 4 | Remove cable ties at electrical line (9) | Model 217.4 | |
| 5 | Disconnect electrical connectors (8) | Model 217.4 | |
| 6 | Unclip electrical line (9) on bracket (5) | Model 217.4 | |
| 7 | Pull head restraint (1) upwards and unclip panel (7) at head restraint (1) | Model 217.4 | |
| 8 | Pull head restraint (1) out of head restraint guides (2) and remove | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order |
