| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
| 2 | Take off cover (1) | ||
| 3 | Disconnect electrical connection (2) | ||
| 4 | Pull out the electrical line (3) from the guide at the left rear display (A40/5) or the right rear display (A40/6) | ||
| 5 | Remove screws (4) | ||
| 6 | Remove left rear display (A40/5) or right rear display (A40/6) from respective seat | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order | ||

| 8 | Teach the radio frequency headphones (H8/3) to the left rear display (A40/5) | When renewing the left rear display (A40/5), one or both radio frequency headphones (H8/3). | |
