Remove/Install Brake Booster Vacuum Sensor - AR43.10-P-0352LF

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key    
2 Push down brake pedal several times IMPORTANT In order to reduce the given vacuum in the BAS brake booster (A7/7).  
3 Remove cover over brake fluid expansion reservoir    
4 Release and disconnect electrical connector (1) from brake vacuum sensor (B64/1)    
5 Pry brake vacuum sensor (B64/1) out of BAS brake booster (A7/7) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Make sure that the seal plug and brake vacuum sensor (B64/1) are seated correctly.
IMPORTANT Check seal plug for damage.
SPECIAL TOOL Mounting wedge

6 Install in the reverse order    
INSPECT Check     
7 Start engine and depress brake pedal several times    
8 Turn off engine    
9 Check leaktightness of brake vacuum sensor (B64/1) IMPORTANT Air flow noises must not be audible at the BAS brake booster (A7/7).
