Remove/Install Sealing For Crank Window On Rear Door - AR72.12-P-1911LF

	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Remove
1	Completely lower side window (2)
2	Remove door lining		AR72.12-P-1010LF
3	Unclip window frame trim (4)	Remove retaining clips remaining in window frame and install in window frame trim (4).

4	Remove roller sun blind (3)	Model 222.0/1 with code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right rear door) except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
5	Remove inner sealing rail (10)	Carefully lift inner sealing rail (10) out of bead of inner door panel. otherwise the inner sealing rail (10) can bend and must be replaced.

6	Remove trim element (9)	Lift trim piece (9) out of side window seal (1) with care. Otherwise the trim piece (9) can bend and must be replaced.

7	Pull out seal (1.3) in area of B-pillar cover (6)
8	Pull out front window guide seal (1.1) in area of B-pillar cover (6)
9	Unscrew screws (5) from B-pillar cover (6)
10	Remove B-pillar cover (6)
11	Pull out rear window guide seal (1.2) in area of window divider (13)
12	Unscrew screws (12) at window divider (13)
13	Remove window divider (13)	Carefully remove window divider (13) from window shaft. Otherwise the window divider (13) can be damaged. Pivot window divider (13) downward (arrow), to side and remove from window channel.
14	Unscrew bolt (11) from side window seal (1)
15	Remove side window seal (1) from window frame
16	Remove stationary window (14) from side window seal (1)	When replacing side window seal (1).
	Install
17	Insert stationary window (14) into side window seal (1)	When replacing side window seal (1). Ensure that stationary window (14) is seated correctly in side window seal (1).
18	Moisten side window seal (1) in assembly area of window frame with lubricant	Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
19	Install side window seal (1) on window frame	Ensure that the retaining clip (15) is seated correctly.
20	Tighten bolt (11) on side window seal (1)
21	Moisten rear window guide seal (1.2) in assembly area of window divider (13) with lubricant	Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
22	Moisten stationary window seal in assembly area of window divider (13) with lubricant	Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
23	Install window divider (13)
24	Tighten bolts (12) on window divider (13)
25	Moisten rear window guide seal (1.2) above belt line with lubricant	Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
26	Moisten rear window guide seal (1.2) below belt line with soapy water	Soap solution has the required lubrication characteristics for the installation.
27	Push rear window guide seal (1.2) downward into guide rail
28	Pull rear window guide seal (1.2) upward until the correct installation position is reached
29	Insert rear window guide seal (1.2) into window divider (13)	Ensure that rear window guide seal (1.2) is seated correctly.
30	Moisten outer sealing rail (7) and B-pillar cover (6) in assembly area of B-pillar cover (6) with lubricant	Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
31	Install B-pillar cover (6)
32	Unscrew bolts (5) on B-pillar cover (6)
33	Remove seal (1.3) in assembly area of B-pillar cover (6) with lubricant	Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
34	Insert seal (1.3) into B-pillar cover (6)	Make sure that the seal (1.3) is seated correctly.
35	Apply lubricant to front window guide seal (1. 1) in area of B-pillar cover (6)	Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
36	Moisten front window guide seal (1.1) below B-pillar cover (6) with soapy water	Soap solution has the required lubrication characteristics for the installation.
37	Push front window guide seal (1.1) downward into guide rail
38	Pull front window guide rail (1.1) upward until the correct installation position is reached
39	Insert front window guide seal (1.1) into window guide rail in area of B-pillar cover (6)	Ensure that front window guide seal (1.1) is seated correctly.
40	Moisten profiled section of trim piece (9) and side window cover (1) in assembly area of trim piece (9) with lubricant	Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
41	Install trim element (9)
42	Moisten rubber strip on inner sealing rail (10) with lubricant	Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
43	Install inner sealing rail (10)
44	Install roller sun blind (3)	Model 222.0/1 with code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right rear door) except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
45	Coat side window seal (1) in assembly area of window frame trim (4) with lubricant	Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
46	Clip in window frame trim (4)	Ensure that window frame trim (4) is seated correctly.
47	Install door lining		AR72.12-P-1010LF
48	Close side window (2)
