General 

With the aid of the power closing function actuator motor, the door can be closed almost noiselessly with a low amount of force. The power closing actuator motor is located in the respective door at the bottom on the door module.

Function 

If the lock is pressed into the safety catch, the closing procedure starts. When the main catch is reached, the closing procedure is ended and the drive is briefly energized in the opposite direction in order to relieve the mechanical system. When the door is opened, the drive is energized in the opposite direction in order to reach the start position. The closing procedure can be interrupted by pulling the external or inside door handle lever. The power closing actuator motor is actuated by the respective door control unit.
