Install Holder For DAB Tuner - AZ82.60-P-0031-02LF

Model 222 

1. Use tape to mask off area for mounting holder for DAB tuner onto trunk recess trim (45).
2. Mark bore (arrow A).

   Dimensions: 

   a = 205 mm

   b = 40 mm

3. Place Velcro strip (43) on previously-marked bore (arrow A), then align and mark remaining bores to match Velcro strip (43).

   The Velcro strip (43) must be aligned at a right angle to the reference edge (arrow B).

4. Remove Velcro strip (43).
5. Drill marked bores with 6 mm Ø.
6. Remove adhesive tape.

7. Attach Velcro strip (43) with expansion rivet (44) to trunk recess trim (45).

   The side of the Velcro strip (43) with the hooks must face towards the trunk recess trim (45).

   Use expansion rivet (44) with a Ø of 6 mm.

   The expansion rivets (44) are included in the scope of supply.

8. Mark bore (arrow C) for duct of electrical wiring harness for DAB tuner.

   Dimensions: 

   d = 85 mm

   e = 100 mm

9. Drill marked bore (arrow C) with Ø 6 mm.

10. Cut previously made bore (arrow C) at four points (dashed lines) by approx. 20 mm.
