	Remove
1.1	Remove window on left or right rear door	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)

1.2	Remove window on left or right rear door	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) except code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) except code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)
2	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-P-0003LF
3	Disconnect electrical connector on left rear door (5) or electrical connector on right rear door
4	Press left door holder (2) or right door holder off of ball stud on B-pillar	Mounting wedge	Fig 1
5	Remove caps from bolts (4)
6	Remove screws (4)
7	Remove rear door (1) from door hinge halves on B-pillar	Remove rear door (1) carefully. Otherwise the rear door (1) and front door can be damaged.
	Install
8	Position rear door (1) on door hinge leaf on B-pillar
9	Moisten thread on bolts (4) with Loctite	Thread locking agent, Loctite 243 (10 ml)	*BR00.45-Z-1133-02A
10	Tighten bolts (4)	Bolt to hinge shaft	*BA72.12-P-1003-01S
11	Repair paint damage in area of bolts (4)
12	Install caps on bolts (4)
13	Press left door holder or right door holder on ball stud to B-pillar
14	Connect electrical connector on left rear door (5) or electrical connector on right rear door
15	Connect ground cable to battery		AR54.10-P-0003LF
16.1	Remove window on left or right rear door	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) except code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) except code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)
16.2	Remove window on left or right rear door	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)

	Check
17	Check adjustment of rear door (1), correct if necessary		AR72.12-P-0650LFS
