	Remove/install
1	Remove side window roller blind (2) from left or right rear door	Model 222 with code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right rear door) with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) Model 222 with code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right rear door) with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)
			AR72.12-P-2000LFS
2	Disconnect electrical connector from left rear door pressure sensor (5) or right rear door pressure sensor
3	Remove electrical wiring harnesses fastened to rear door module (1) from rear door module (1)	Observe routing for electrical wiring harnesses on rear door module (1).
4	Disconnect all electrical connectors from left rear door control unit (6) or right rear door control unit
5	Press grommets on electrical wiring harnesses and wire in through rear door module (1)
6	Expose couplings of hydraulic lines of hydraulic power windows	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)
7	Disconnect electrical connectors on left power window valve block (3) or right power window valve block	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)
8	Release pressure in pressure reservoir for hydraulic power window in rear door	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)

		The pressure reservoir for the rear door hydraulic power window must be relieved of pressure. Otherwise, the couplings of the hydraulic lines can no longer be connected.
9	Disconnect couplings of power window hydraulic lines by pressing spring clips apart	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)
10	Mask paneling (9) in area of rear door module (1) with adhesive tape
11	Detach paneling (9) from rear door in area of rear door module (1)	Detach paneling (9) from rear door with care. Otherwise the paneling (9) can be damaged, because it is bonded with adhesive.

12	Completely unscrew bolts (4)
13	Remove rear door module (1) from left or right rear door
14	Install in reverse order
	When replacing rear door module (1)
15	Remove left rear door control unit (6) or right rear door control unit	Model 222.1 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)	AR72.29-P-1101LFS
16	Remove left rear door pressure sensor (5) or right rear door pressure sensor
17	Remove left hydraulic fluid reservoir (7) or right hydraulic fluid reservoir	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)
18	Remove left hydraulic power window valve block (3) or right hydraulic power window valve block	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)
