| 1 | Remove trim from engine compartment at front right (3). | ||

| 2 | Check coolant level in light-dark boundary area of coolant expansion reservoir (2). | For coolant expansion reservoirs (2) with transparent tank lower part. If the coolant level is above the light-dark boundary, ↓ Coolant level correct, check completed, continue with operation step 6. If the coolant level is below the light-dark boundary, ↓ Check coolant level in coolant expansion reservoir (2), continue with operation step 3. |

| 3 | Unscrew the cap (1) of the coolant expansion reservoir (2). | ||

| 4 | Check coolant level. | If the coolant level is too low, ↓ Check coolant for leak tightness and check coolant for antifreeze content subject to separate repair order. |

| 5 | Seal coolant expansion reservoir (2) with cap (1). | ||
| 6 | Install right front engine compartment trim (3). |
