1. Position brackets (1, 2, 3) on the cylinder head.
2. Tighten screws (5) alternately until the holder (1) lies flat on cylinder head.
3. Tighten screws (6) alternately until the holder (2) lies flat on cylinder head.
4. Tighten screws (7) alternately until the holder (3) lies flat on cylinder head.
5. Remove in the reverse order.
