Remove/Install Charger Feed Socket Flap - AR54.10-P-5110LFH

REMOVING Remove     
1 Switch off ignition and keep transmitter key outside transmitter range (at least 2 m)    
2.1 Unplug charger cable plug from charger feed socket If the charger cable plug is plugged in.  
2.2 Open socket flap (1) in the rear bumper If the charger cable plug is not plugged in.
IMPORTANT After activating the high voltage on-board electrical system, the socket flap (1) can no longer be opened!
 
3 Open the charger feed socket flap (2)    
4 Remove the charger feed socket flap (2) IMPORTANT Release catches (arrows) on retaining plate (3) using a suitable tool and remove retaining plate (3) with charger feed socket flap (2).  
INSTALLING Install     
5 Install the charger feed socket flap (2) IMPORTANT Position retaining plate (3) with charger feed socket flap (2) on charger feed socket and press down until catches (arrows) engage.  
6 Close the charger feed socket flap (2)    
7 Close socket flap (1) in the rear bumper
