| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Adjust steering column upward. | ||
| 2 | Clamp off ground line of on-board electrical system battery (G1). | AR54.10-P-0003ME | |
| 3 | Remove lower instrument panel trim on driver's side. | AR68.10-P-1501ME | |
| 4 | Remove screws (2) and remove driver kneebag (1) from holder until the electrical connector (3) is accessible. | Do not crush, kink or subject electric line to tension. This will result in damage to the electric line and can impair its functional capability. |

| 5 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (3). | Fig 2 | |
| 6 | Remove driver kneebag (1). | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
