Remove/Install Short And Long-Range Radar Sensor - AR54.21-P-0702ME

With Code 233 (Adaptive cruise control Plus (DISTRONIC PLUS))

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m).    
2 Remove Mercedes star.   AR88.40-P-4053ME
3 Remove nuts (1).    
4 Remove short and long range radar sensor (B92/12).    
5 Release and disconnect electrical connector of short-range and long-range radar sensor (B92/12).    
6 Install in the reverse order.    
7 Perform commissioning of short and long range radar sensor (B92/12). If the short-range and long-range radar sensor (B92/12) has been replaced.  
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-06ME
  Calibrate     
8 Calibrate the short- and long-range radar sensor (B92/12) using the diagnostic system.    
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-06ME
    IMPORTANT Calibration of the short-range and long-range radar sensor (B92/12) is also necessary if only the bumper or the radiator grille have been removed.
