Remove/Install Pre-fuse Box At On-Board Electrical System Battery - AR54.15-P-1353ME

| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove front floor covering on driver side. | AR68.80-P-0007ME | |
| 2 | Unscrew nuts (1). | ||
| 3 | Lift cover (2) slightly at arrow (A) and remove cover (3). | ||
| 4 | Unclip cover (4) and remove. | ||
| 5 | Expose and disconnect positive line underneath. | ||

| 6 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (5). | Model 167 with code 876 (ambient lighting) | |
| 7 | Unclip cover (6) and remove. | ||
| 8 | Detach bracket (7) at arrows (B) and place to one side. | ||
| 9 | Unclip cover (8) of starter battery prefuse box (F150/1) on other side using a suitable tool and remove. | ||
| 10 | Expose and disconnect positive line underneath. | ||

| 11 | Remove fuses and fuse holders (9). | ||
| 12 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (10). | ||
| 13 | Detach retaining clip (11) from starter battery prefuse box (F150/1). | ||
| 14 | Cut cable tie (12). | ||
| 15 | Unclip starter battery prefuse box (F150/1) at arrows (C) and remove. | ||
| 16 | Install in the reverse order |
