Deactivate Transport Mode Using Key Combination - AR54.00-P-0001-01LWE

Model 167, 206, 213, 223, 232, 238, 254, 257, 290, 295, 296, 297 

Deactivation 

The hazard warning system must be switched off at the start of the procedure. The brake pedal may not be operated during the entire procedure.

1. Place the transmitter key inside the vehicle.
2. Press Start button once.

   Circuit 15 R is switched.

3. Switch on left turn signal.

   At least 2 flashing cycles must be passed through.

4. Switch on right turn signal.

   At least 2 flashing cycles must be passed through.

5. Switch off turn signal indicator.
6. Switch on hazard warning system.

   At least 2 flashing cycles must be passed through.

7. Switch off hazard warning system.
8. Switch on left turn signal.

   At least 2 flashing cycles must be passed through.

9. Switch on right turn signal.

   At least 2 flashing cycles must be passed through.

10. Switch off turn signal indicator.
11. Switch on ignition and check whether "Transport mode" message is shown on the instrument cluster.

    If the message is still shown.

    ↓

    Repeat deactivation process.
