| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove front seat. | If the trim (3) is removed. | AR91.10-P-1000LW |
| 2 | Move front seat to foremost position and all the way up. | If the trim parts (1, 2, 4) are removed. | |
| 3 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (at least 2 m). | If the front seat was not removed. | |
| 4 | Cover door sill. | If the front seat was not removed. | |
| 5 | Unclip trim (4) at top and remove downwards. | If installed. |

| 7 | Press trim (2) inwards and unhook from catch hook (7). | ||
| 8 | Push trim (2) downwards and unhook from catch hook (8). | ||
| 9 | Unhook catch hook (9) from trim (3). | ||
| 10 | Push lock (11) to side and pull trim (2) outwards over the catch (10). | ||
| 11 | Unhook trim (2) at front from trim (3), swivel upwards in direction of arrow and place to one side. | ||
| 12 | Disconnect electrical connector (20). | ||
| 13 | Remove lumbar support adjustment switch. | When replacing cover (2). | AR91.25-P-1436LWE |
| 14 | Remove electrical wiring harness (13) from working area. | ||
| 15 | Drill out rivets (14). | ||
| 16 | Release lock (15) and remove cover (3). | ||
| 17 | Install in the reverse order |
