| 2 | Unclip and remove cover (1). | ||
| 3 | Unclip and remove cover (2) in direction of arrow. | ||
| 4 | Push back foam grommet (3). | Model 205, 253, 293 Completely install foam rubber grommet (3) over electrical connector (4). Otherwise noise may occur. |

| 7 | Disconnect electrical connector of mirror taximeter. | Model 213 with code 337 (Taximeter integr. in the rear-view mirror) | |
| 8 | Turn inside rearview mirror (A67) at mirror base (6) toward right using an open-end wrench (7) and remove from mirror bracket. | ||
