Disconnect Hydraulic Lines From Hydraulic Pump And Connect - AR77.37-P-1000-04LWR

WARNING Risk Of Injury  to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure.
Risk Of Poisoning  from swallowing hydraulic fluid.
Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. AS00.00-Z-0013-01A

  1. Remove screw/bolts (1).

    Model 205.4TORQUE SPECIFICATION

    Model 238.4 TORQUE SPECIFICATION

  2. Release hydraulic lines (2) by moving (arrow) connection plate (3).
  3. Pull hydraulic lines (2) out of soft top control hydraulic unit (A7/5).

    IMPORTANT The hydraulic lines (2) are marked with numbers which coincide with the numbers on the connection plate (3).

  4. Catch hydraulic oil running out.
  5. Close hydraulic lines (2) and connections to soft top control hydraulic unit (A7/5) with SPECIAL TOOL stop plug.
  6. Connect hydraulic lines (2) in opposite order.
