| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove front passenger seat. | AR91.10-P-1000ME | |
| 2 | Remove door sill on front passenger side. | AR68.30-P-4100ME | |
| 3 | Remove front floor covering on passenger side. | AR68.80-P-0008ME | |
| 4 | Remove air ducts (1). | ||
| 5 | Remove trim at bottom of B-pillar. | AR68.30-P-4700ME | |
| 6 | Fold back floor covering (2). | ||
| 7 | Unclip expansion rivets (3). | Fig 2 | |
| 8 | Remove air duct (4). | ||
| 9 | Unscrew nuts (5). | ||
| 10 | Remove the cover (6). | ||
| 11 | Unclip pyrofuse (F63) (arrow) and pull out far enough to gain access to the electrical connectors on the pyrofuse (F63). | ||
| 12 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors from pyrofuse (F63). | ||
| 13 | Remove pyrofuse (F63). | ||
| 14 | Install in the reverse order. |
