| 1 | Commission front SAM control unit (N10/6). | If front SAM control unit (N10/6) was replaced. | |

| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 3 | Remove trim at bottom for instrument panel or driver's side. | AR68.10-P-1501ME | |
| 4 | Remove front door sill. | AR68.30-P-4100ME | |
| 5 | Release air duct (1). | ||
| 6 | Remove screw/bolt (2). | ||
| 7 | Unclip front SAM control unit (N10/6) at arrow and remove from holder. | Do not crush or kink or subject lines to tension This will result in damage to the lines which may impair their functional capability. |

| 8 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors from front SAM control unit (N10/6). | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order. |
