	Preparatory tasks
1	Park the vehicle on a horizontal, level surface.
2	Close hood, doors and liftgate.
3	Switch on ignition.	There must be no error messages displayed on the multifunction display (4). Do not operate brake pedal.
4	Set driver's seat to correct ergonomic position
5	Activate Head-up Display (A40/12).
6	Call up Workshop level in instrument cluster (A1).

7	Swipe left on finger navigation pad (3) to select menu item "Head-up Display" in multifunction display (4) and confirm selection with finger navigation pad (3).
8	Swipe on finger navigation pad (3) to select menu item "Test image" and confirm selection.	"Off (original picture)" appears on the multifunction display (4).
9	Press finger navigation pad (3) to call up list of available test images.
10	Swipe on finger navigation pad (3) to select "Test image 1" and confirm selection.	Test image 1 is shown on the windshield.
	Check
11	Check and assess test image 1.	The assessment must be performed by at least 2 persons. If test image 1 is shown correctly, ↓ Continue with operation step 19.
12	Press finger navigation pad (3) to call up list of available test images.
13	Swipe on finger navigation pad (3) to select "Test image 7" and confirm selection.
14	Check and assess test image 7.	The assessment must be performed by at least 2 persons. If test image 7 is shown correctly, ↓ Continue with operation step 19.
	Adjust
15	Press "Back" button (2).
16	Swipe on finger navigation pad (3) to select menu item "Parameters" and confirm selection.
17	Swipe on finger navigation pad (3) to select menu item "Warp configuration" and confirm selection.	Parameters are reset.
18	Call up test image 1 and test image 7 again and assess them.	If test image 1 or test image 7 is not shown correctly, ↓ Under menu item "Parameters", select individual parameters and correct as required using "SET +" and "SET -" buttons.
	Final activities
19	Press finger navigation pad (3) and swipe on finger navigation pad (3) to select "Off (original picture)" and confirm selection.
20	Press "Back" button (2) repeatedly until menu selection is shown in multifunction display (4) and switch off ignition.	The workshop menu can only be completed by switching off the ignition.
