Install Windshield - AR67.10-P-1503-01P

  1. Open side window in driver door.

    NOTES The side window must remain open during the curing time of the adhesive material.

    Otherwise, back pressure will occur when closing a door, which presses the windshield (1) outward.

  2. Position both cup suction tools on outside of windshield (1).
  3. Together with a helper, center windshield (1) above windshield cutout in body flange and position congruent with tape strips (arrows).
  4. Position windshield (1) and press on until it rests on the rubber window spacers or the sealing lip.

NOTES Install windshield (1) within 10 min of applying adhesive material. Adhesion of adhesive material is otherwise impaired.

IMPORTANT Observe the manufacturer's specifications for the curing time of the adhesive material.
