Side Wall Paneling Bottom Part At The Rear Installation - Ar63.10-P-5665-03MEX (Model 167.9)

Model 167.9 

The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle. In case of damage on the right side of the vehicle, these steps must be performed analogously.

The higher-level service document as well as the safety information in the service document must be observed.

1. Install side wall paneling bottom section (1), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill rivet holes in sidewall paneling lower section (1) with Ø 6.7 mm (areas A, B, C).

   Drill rivet holes through the existing holes in the body (areas A, B).

3. Countersink rivet holes (area A).
4. Remove sidewall paneling lower section (1).
5. Deburr rivet holes on sidewall paneling lower section (1) and on body on both sides.
6. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.

7. Install and fix in place sidewall paneling lower section (1).
8. Rivet sidewall paneling lower section (1) with countersunk-head rivets Ø 6.4x14.0 (area D).
9. Rivet lower section sidewall paneling (1) with rivets with a diameter of 6.4 x 12 (area E).
10. Rivet lower section sidewall paneling (1) with rivets with a diameter of 6.5 x 12.5 (area F).
11. Sidewall paneling lower section (1) (areas G).
