	Remove
1	Remove corresponding brake caliper with brake linings and secure to vehicle free of tension with lines attached.		AR42.10-P-0070MEX
2	Unscrew safety screw (2) and remove brake disk (1).
	Check
3.1	Check brake disk (1) for condition and wear.	Model 167 with code B07 (AMG - ceramic brake system)

		Only sets of brake disks (1) approved by Mercedes-Benz may be installed. If there is a problem, ↓ replace corresponding brake disk (1).
3.2	Check brake disk (1) for condition and wear.	Model 167 with code B06 (Silver brake calipers) Model 167 with code B07 (AMG - ceramic brake system) Model 167 with code U29 (AMG high-performance braking system)

		Only sets of brake disks (1) approved by Mercedes-Benz may be installed. If there is a problem, ↓ replace brake disks (1).
	Clean
4	Clean contact surface and interference fit of brake disk (1).	Do not use sharp-edged or pointed objects. Otherwise, the contact surface and interference fit could be damaged.
		Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
	Install
5	Lightly grease interference fit of brake disk (1)	Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20	*BR00.45-Z-1005-06A
6	Position brake disk (1) using guide pins (3) and screw in safety screw (2).	Replace locking bolt (2).
		Safety screw, brake disk to front axle	*BA42.10-P-1001-11A
7	Install brake caliper with brake linings.		AR42.10-P-0070MEX
