1. Install spare wheel well (1), fit and fix in place
2. Drill rivet holes in spare wheel well (1) with 6.7 mm bit (areas A and B).

   Drill rivet holes from bottom through present holes in body (area B).

3. Remove spare wheel well (1).
4. Deburr rivet holes on spare wheel well (1) and body on both sides.
5. Remove drilling chips.
6. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint (area A).

7. Apply 2-component adhesive to crosshatched area of body.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

8. Install spare wheel well (1) and fix in place.
9. Rivet spare wheel well (1) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (area C).
