Remove/Install Hinge Of Liftgate - AR72.20-P-2656LWX

	Remove/install
1	Remove headliner		AR68.30-P-4300LWS
2	Unclip cover from outside of roof frame above hinge (1), and remove
3	Secure liftgate (2) with support	Support	Fig 1
4	Remove cover (3) with electrical wiring harness from hinge (1)
5	Mark installation position of hinge (1) on roof frame (4) and liftgate (2)
6	Unscrew bolts (5) from liftgate (2)	Only remove hinges (1) individually, with liftgate (2) installed and support attached . If both hinges (1) are to be removed, the second hinge (1) should only be removed after installing the first hinge (1). Otherwise the liftgate (2) may be damaged. Only tighten bolts (5) when adjusting liftgate (2). Only repair paint damage around bolts (5) after adjusting liftgate (2).
7	Unscrew bolts (6) from roof frame (4) and remove hinge (1)	Align hinge (1) with markings made previously. Bolt, hinge for liftgate to roof frame	*BA72.20-P-1001-02N
8	Install in the reverse order
	Adjust
9	Adjust liftgate (2)		AR72.20-P-0002LWX
