- Install rear floor (1) and fix in place.
Aid of helper required.
- Place vehicle on straightening bench and fasten.
- Fit rear-end floor (1) with straightening tool and fix in place.
- Drill rivet holes in rear-end floor (1) with a 6.7 mm bit (area A).
- Drill rivet holes in rear-end floor (1) with a 6.7 mm bit (area B).
- Drill rivet holes in rear-end floor (1) with a 6.7 mm bit (area C).
- Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in rear-end floor (1) (area D).
- Release vehicle from straightening bench, lift and remove straightening bench.
- Remove rear-end floor (1) downward toward rear.
Aid of helper required.
- Deburr rivet holes on rear-end floor (1) and on body on both sides.
- Remove drilling chips.
- Coat with zinc dust paint insides of those riveted joints that will not be bonded.
To maintain the curing and processing time specified in the instructions for the 2-component adhesive, it is necessary for at least 3 experienced workers to cooperate in performing the following operation steps. while dividing up the operation steps appropriately and performing them as concurrently as possible. In some cases it is necessary to have and use several sets of the required tools.
Mark rivet holes and rivets in color to match one another.
- Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas.
Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

For the following operation steps ensure that all rivets are first set and pulled before welding the areas in question.
- Install rear floor (1) and fix in place.
- Place vehicle on straightening bench and fasten.
- Align rear-end floor (1) with straightening tool and fix in place.
- Rivet rear-end floor (1) with a 6.4x12 rivet (area E).
- Rivet rear-end floor (1) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivet (area F).
- Weld in rear floor (1) with
(area G).
- Rear-end floor (1)
(area H).
- Bend back sheet metal lug (arrow).
- Rear-end floor (1)
(area J).
- Rivet rear-end floor (1) with a 6.5x12.5 rivet (area K).
- Rivet rear-end floor (1) with Ø 6.5x14.5 rivet (area L).
- Rear-end floor (1)
(area M).
- Rivet rear-end floor (1) with a 6.4x12 rivet (area N).
- Rivet rear-end floor (1) with a 6.5x12.5 rivet (area O).
- Rivet rear-end floor (1) with Ø 6.5x14.5 rivet (area P).
