WARNING Risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling overheated refrigerant vapors from an air conditioning system containing R134a. Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by contact with liquid R134a refrigerant and when working on pressurized parts Never perform welding work on or near a closed air conditioning system. No smoking or open flames. Wear safety glasses and protective gloves. Work only in well ventilated rooms. Carry out repair work on the air conditioning system circuit only after the system has been evacuated. AS83.00-Z-0006-01A
  Risk of fire  due to ignition of R1234yf refrigerant on hot components. Risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling overheated refrigerant vapors. 1 Drain air conditioning system   AR83.30-P-1760LW 
2 Remove front engine compartment paneling Model 205, 253 AR61.20-P-1105LW

3 Disconnect electrical connector (1) at outside temperature sensor Model 205, 253  
4 Remove lower air duct insert (2)    
5 Remove refrigerant line (3) from condenser, hang to one side towards the inside and seal openings INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Install new sealing rings.  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 205, 253Nut, line to condenser *BA83.30-P-1002-01Q 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 213 except code 1U6 (R744 refrigerant) Nut/bolt, refrigerant line to condenser *BA83.30-P-1006-01R 
SPECIAL TOOL Record plug Fig 2
6 Disconnect electrical connector (4) from refrigerant pressure sensor (B12)    
7 Unscrew refrigerant pressure sensor (B12) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 205, 253Refrigerant pressure sensor to condenser *BA83.30-P-1006-01Q 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 213 except code 1U6 (R744 refrigerant) Refrigerant pressure sensor to condenser *BA83.30-P-1007-01R

8 Install in the reverse order
