	Risk of injury  when working on air conditioning systems due to R744 refrigerant escaping under pressure. Risk of suffocation from inhaling R744 refrigerant in high concentrations. Health hazard caused by inhalation of R744 refrigerant	Wear safety glasses and protective gloves. Work only in well ventilated areas. Carry out repair work on the air conditioning system circuit only after the system has been evacuated.	AS83.00-Z-0008-01A

	Remove/install
1	Drain air conditioning system		AR83.30-P-1760LW
2	Unscrew the screws (2, 3) of the refrigerant line (10, 11)	Do not use any tools to sever the connections and avoid damage (scratches, notches) to the sealing surfaces. Otherwise, the leaktightness of the refrigerant circuit can no longer be ensured. : Replace gaskets.
		Refrigerant line (CO2) to refrigerant reservoir If damage (scratches, notches) occurs to the sealing surfaces ↓ Replace corresponding component.	*BA83.30-P-1015-01R
3	Remove the refrigerant line (10, 11) from the fluid tank (1)
4	Seal openings with suitable stop plugs	Record plug	Fig 2
5	Remove the screw (7) from the bracket (12)	Bolt, bracket to refrigerant line CO2/refrigerant reservoir CO2	*BA83.30-P-1017-01R
6	Unscrew nuts (15)	Nut, bracket for refrigerant reservoir CO2 to body	*BA83.30-P-1016-01R
7	Unclip the electrical lines at the bracket (12)
8	Remove the bracket (12) including fluid tank (1) from the studs on the wheel arch
9	Remove the bracket (12) and fluid tank (1) unit towards the top
10	Install in the reverse order
