	Remove/install
1	Remove valve stem seals (5).		AR05.30-P-3510MRD
2	Close the compressed air valve on the assembly device (01) and let compressed air out of the assembly device (01).	Assembly tool	Fig 2
3	Remove cylinder head (1) from assembly device (01).	Assembly tool	Fig 2
4	Remove the valves (6). General information on checking valves, valve seats and valve guides		AH05.30-P-1000-02SZ
	Check
5	Check valve stems for formation of burrs and pitting.	If ridging is present on the valve stems, ↓ Deburr valve stem. If pitting is present on the valve stems, ↓ Replace valves (6)
6	Check the valve seats for pitting and cracks.	If pitting or cracks are present at the valve seats, ↓ replace cylinder head (1).	AR01.30-P-5800MRD
7	Install in the reverse order.
