Remove/Install Circulation Pump For Low-Temperature Circuit - AR09.41-P-6926MND

  Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit   AR09.41-P-6834MND 
2 Remove right lower engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105LWE
3 Release and disconnect electrical line (3, 4) at low-temperature water circuit circulation pump (1)    
4 Detach coolant hoses (2)   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
5 Remove screw/bolt (6) from bracket (5)    
6 Open the holder (7) and remove low temperature water circuit circulation pump (1) with elastomer bearing out of the holder (5) downwards    
7 Install in the reverse order
