	Remove/install
1	Remove cover (1)
2	Disconnect ground line from battery.	Model 293	AR54.10-P-0003EQ
		Model 238	AR54.10-P-0003LWO
		Model 205 Model 213 Model 253	AR54.10-P-0003LW
3	Detach electrical connection (2) from cap (12).	Model 205, 213, 238, 253 with code U60 (Active Bonnet (Pedestrian protection))
4	Disconnect electrical connection (3).	Model 205, 253
5	Disconnect electrical connection (4).
6	Remove cap (12).
7	Detach positive lines (5, 6).	The number varies according to vehicle equipment. Nut, positive line to engine compartment prefuse box	*BA54.15-P-1003-01K
8	Remove screw (8). Notes on bolted connections with self tapping screws		AH00.00-P-0007-01SF
		Thread rolling screw, engine compartment prefuse box to suspension strut tower	*BA54.15-P-1002-01K
9	Detach nut (9).
10	Unclip electrical line (7) under cross strut (13).	Model 205, 253
11	Guide out engine compartment prefuse box (F32/3) upward until positive lines (10, 11) are accessible.
12	Detach positive lines (10, 11).	The number of positive lines (10, 11) varies depending on the vehicle equipment. Nut, positive line to engine compartment prefuse box	*BA54.15-P-1003-01K
13	Remove engine compartment prefuse box (F32/3).
14	Install in the reverse order.
