Prepare Center Roof Paneling For Installation - AR65.10-P-1000-03LWE

1. Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in crosshatched areas (areas A, B, C, D and E).

   Grind spot weld flange down to bare metal on both sides (areas A and B).

2. Remove grinding dust.
3. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.

   Do not coat bonding surfaces with zinc dust paint (areas C, D, E, F and G).

   Otherwise adhesion problems may occur.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

4. Prepare bonding surfaces on center roof paneling (1) in crosshatched areas (areas C, D, E, F and G).

   Observe processing specifications of adhesive.
