| 1 | Remove cover over the brake fluid expansion reservoir. | ||

| 3 | Unscrew cap on brake fluid expansion reservoir and suction off some brake fluid. | ||
| 4 | Remove front wheels. | AR40.10-P-1102A | |
| 5 | Expose electric line of front right brakepad wear sensor and disconnect electrical connector. | ||
| 6 | Drive out pin (2) using punch. | ||
| 7 | Remove bolt for tie bar (3). | ||
| 8 | Take out pin for tie bar (6) and remove retaining spring (5). | ||
| 9 | Remove brake pads (4). | ||
| 10 | Pull front right brakepad wear sensor out of backing plate of brakepad (4). | When replacing the brake pads (4) or replacing the front right brake wear sensor. |

| 11 | Check pins (2) and retaining spring (5) for damage and condition. | If there is a problem, ↓ replace pins (2) or retaining spring (5). |

| 12 | Check condition of soundproofing panels of brake pads (4). | If there is a problem, ↓ replace brake pads (4). |

| 13 | Check brake pads (4) for wear and condition. | ||

| 18 | Insert front right brakepad wear sensor into backing plate of brakepad (4). | When replacing the brake pads (4) or replacing the front right brake wear sensor. | |
| 19 | Insert brake pads (4). | ||
| 20 | Insert retaining spring (5) and install pin for tie bar (6). | ||
| 21 | Tighten bolt for tie bar (3). | *BA42.10-P-1005-10X | |
| 22 | Insert pin (2) into brake caliper (1) and the retaining spring (5) and pound-in up to the end stops. | ||
| 23 | Connect plug (7) of electrical connector of front right brakepad wear sensor. | ||

| 25 | Operate brake pedal several times until the brake pads (4) make contact with the brake disks. | ||

| 26 | Check and correct brake fluid level in expansion reservoir. | ||
