Install Rear Wall Paneling - Ar64.10-P-1100-04FR

The main service document and the safety notes in the service document must be observed.

1. Install, fit and fix in place upper rear-end center section (1) and rear wall paneling (2).
2. Drill rivet holes on top rear-end center section (1) and rear panel paneling (2) 6.7 mm bit (areas A, A₁ , B, C).

   Drill rivet holes from the bottom through present holes in body (area A, B).

3. Countersink rivet holes (areas B, C).
4. Remove upper rear-end center section (1) and rear wall paneling (2).
5. Deburr rivet holes in upper rear-end center section (1), rear wall paneling (2) and body on both sides.

6. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

7. Apply 2-component adhesive on upper rear-end center section (1) in cross-hatched area.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

8. Install and fix in place upper rear-end center section (1) and rear wall paneling (2).
9. Rivet rear panel paneling (2) with rivets with a diameter of 6.4 x 12 (areas D, G).
10. Rivet rear panel paneling (2) with rivets with a diameter of 6.5 x 14.5 (areas E).
11. Rivet paneling rear panel (2) with countersunk head rivets with a diameter of 6.4 x 14.0 (areas F).
12. Upper rear-end center section (1) and rear panel paneling (2) (areas H).
