The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle. In the event of damage to the right side of the vehicle, this must be carried out in the same way.

The overriding customer service document and the safety notes in the customer service document must be observed.

Install rear-end floor (1) with straightener, fit and fix in place.
Mark positions for rivet holes on rear-end floor (1).
If no holes have been pre-drilled.

Dimensions:

d₁ = approx. 16 mm

d₂ = approx. 64 mm

e₁ = approx. 46 mm

e₂ = approx. 56 mm

Drill rivet holes with a diameter of 6.7 mm on rear-end floor (1) through present holes in rear-end floor (1) (area A).
Drill rivet holes in rear-end floor (1) with 6.7 mm bit (areas F, G).
Drill rivet holes in previously marked positions (area F).
Drill rivet holes with a diameter of 6.7 mm in rear-end floor (1) from outside through present holes in the body (area B).
Drill rivet holes with a diameter of 6.7 mm in rear-end floor (1) from bottom through present holes in the body (area C).
Countersink rivet holes (areas A, B, C).

Drill rivet hole with a diameter of 6.7 mm in rear-end floor (1) (area T).
Only on repair on right side of vehicle.
Drill rivet holes with a diameter of 6.7 mm in rear-end floor (1) from outside through present holes in body (area U).
Only on repair on right side of vehicle.
Remove rear floor assembly (1).
Deburr rivet holes on rear-end floor (1) and body on both sides.
Remove drilling chips.

Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas.
Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

Install and fix in place rear-end floor (1) with straightener.
Rivet rear-end floor (1) with countersunk head rivets with a diameter of 6.4 x 17.0 (areas H).
Rivet rear-end floor (1) with countersunk head rivets with a diameter 6.4 x 21.0 (area I).
Rivet rear-end floor (1) with rivet with a diameter of 6.4 x 12 (area J).
Rivet rear-end floor (1) with rivet with a diameter of 6.5 x 14.5 (area K).
Rivet rear-end floor (1) with rivets with a diameter of 6.4 (area L).

Install rear longitudinal member (2), fit and fix in place.
Drill rivet holes on rear longitudinal member (2) with 6.7 mm bit (areas M, N).
Drill rivet holes through present holes in body (area M).
Remove rear longitudinal member (2).
Deburr rivet holes on rear longitudinal member (2) and body on both sides.
Remove drilling chips.

Rivet rear longitudinal member (2) with rivets with a diameter of 6.5 x 12.5 (area P).
Rivet rear longitudinal member (2) with rivets with a diameter of 6.4 M6 (areas Q).
Rivet rear longitudinal member (2) with rivets with a diameter of 6.4 (area R).
Rear-end floor (1) and rear longitudinal member (2) (areas S).
