Adjust Sliding Roof Panel - AR77.20-P-1101FR

	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Remove
1	Connect vehicle diagnosis system and perform normalization of the sliding roof.

2	Open sliding roof trim (3).
3	Remove left and right boot (2).	Extend left and right boot (2) first at bottom and then at top. Left and right boot (2) can otherwise be damaged by bending.
	Adjust
4	Release screws (4) on left and right on the sliding roof panel (1).
5	Press sliding roof panel (1) upward out of the sliding roof cutout.
6	Allow sliding roof panel (1) to lower back into the sliding roof cutout.	Sliding roof panel (1) is centered in sliding roof cutout via pressure of sliding roof seal.
7	Adjust sliding roof panel (1) to front left and right roof paneling and tighten front screws (4).	Observe position of measurement positions (X) for height adjustment. Sliding roof adjustment	*BE77.20-P-1001-01H
8	Adjust sliding roof panel (1) to rear left and right roof paneling and tighten rear screws (4).	Observe position of measurement positions (X) for height adjustment. Sliding roof adjustment	*BE77.20-P-1001-01H
9	Tighten center screws (4).
	Check
10	Move sliding roof panel (1) to tilt position.
11	Move sliding roof panel (1) from the tilt position into the open position.	Do not fully open sliding roof panel (1).
12	Close sliding roof panel (1).
13	Check adjustment of the sliding roof panel (1) at all measurement positions (X).	If adjustment is not correct, ↓ repeat adjustment at the affected measurement position (X) and correct.
	Install
14	Install left and right boot (2).
15	Close sliding roof trim (3).
