| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||

| 4 | Unclip electrical wiring harness from transmission oil cooling module (1). | ||
| 5 | Release and remove coolant hose (4) from cooler. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 6 | Unscrew bolts (3). | *BA27.10-P-1002-04F | |
| 7 | Remove transmission oil cooling module (1) from automatic transmission with coolant hoses (2, 4) remaining and collect escaping transmission oil with a suitable container. | ||
| 8 | Remove coolant hose (2) from transmission oil cooling module (1). | Fig 2 | |
| 9 | Remove transmission oil cooling module (1) and seal openings with suitable means. | ||
| 10 | Remove coolant hose (4) from transmission oil cooling module (1). | If the transmission oil cooling module (1) is replaced. |
