| 2 | Remove crankshaft Hall sensor. | AR15.12-P-2136MFC | |
| 3 | Remove pulse ring (2). | Pry off pulse ring (2) carefully. Do not use sharp-edged tools. The rubber lining of the pulse ring (2) must not get damaged. The function of the pulse ring (2) will be impaired otherwise. The contact surfaces of the pulse ring (2) and the crankshaft flange must be absolutely clean and free of corrosion. Clean if necessary. Do not use sharp-edged tools or coarse abrasive cloth. The surfaces are destroyed otherwise and the crankshaft or the pulse ring (2) will be unusable. The pulse ring (2) must not come into contact with external magnetic fields. The pulse ring (2) can be damaged otherwise. |
