Assign Crankshaft Bearing Shells - AR03.20-P-4360-01MFG

Engine 139 

  1. Read off assignment numbers of the upper crankshaft bearing shells (1a) on the crankcase position (arrow A).

    IMPORTANT The arrangement of the assignment numbers corresponds to the sequence of the crankshaft bearing points (starting on the belt side) in the crankcase.

  2. Assign the matching upper crankshaft bearing shells (1a) using the identified assignment numbers.

    IMPORTANT Use upper crankshaft bearing shells (1a) marked in blue for assignment number 1, marked in yellow for assignment number 2, and marked in red for assignment number 3.

    IMPORTANT The color coding is applied at position (arrow B).

  3. Read off the assignment letters of the lower crankshaft bearing shells (1b) on the crankshaft.

    IMPORTANT The arrangement of the assignment letters corresponds to the sequence of the crankshaft bearing points (starting on the belt side) in the crankcase.

  4. Assign suitable lower crankshaft bearing shells (1b) using the identified assignment letter.

    IMPORTANT Use blue lower crankshaft bearing shells (1b) for assignment letter B, yellow ones for assignment letter G, red ones for assignment letter R, white ones for assignment letter W, and violet ones for assignment letter V.

    IMPORTANT The color coding is applied at position (arrow C).
