REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m).    
2 Remove inside rearview mirror (A67).   AR68.40-P-0001MFA
3 Release and disconnect electrical connectors (3). IMPORTANT The number of electrical connectors (3) varies depending on the vehicle equipment.  
4 Release and disconnect electrical connectors (2) from mono multifunction camera (A40/11) or stereo multifunction camera (A40/13). IMPORTANT The number of electrical connectors (2) varies depending on the vehicle equipment.  
5 Unclip mono multifunction camera (A40/11) or stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) backwards in direction of arrow (A) and remove. NOTES
Do not touch the lens of the mono multifunction camera (A40/11) or the stereo multifunction camera (A40/13).
Otherwise dirt will cause the mono multifunction camera (A40/11) or the stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) to malfunction.
 
6 Install in the reverse order.    
  Concluding tasks     
7 Perform commissioning of mono multifunction camera (A40/11) or stereo multifunction camera (A40/13). If the mono multifunction camera (A40/11) or the stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) is replaced.  
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-06MFA
8 Calibrate mono multifunction camera (A40/11) or stereo multifunction camera (A40/13). If the mono multifunction camera (A40/11) or the stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) or the windshield has been replaced, or if the position of the mono multifunction camera (A40/11) or the stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) has been changed.
