Remove sealing ring (1) from guide tube (3).
Clean seat of sealing ring (1) on guide tube (3).
Do not use any sharp-edged tools or abrasive paper.

The sealing surfaces can be damaged otherwise.
Insert plastic foil (2) into new sealing ring (1).
The plastic foil (2) must be at least 0.5 mm thick and be 50x50 mm in size. The sealing ring (1) cannot be mounted correctly otherwise.

use plastic foil (2) made out a stiff material (e.g. polyethylene).
Push on sealing ring (1) with plastic foil (2) all the way onto guide tube (3).
This must not be damaged in the area of the elongated hole for assembly of the sealing ring (1).

Leaks can occur otherwise.
Pull out plastic foil (2).
Make sure that sealing ring (1) is seated correctly.
