Remove/Install Throttle Valve Actuator - Ar09.41-D-1330TSV

Engine 642 in model 907 

	Notes on avoiding damage through contamination and foreign objects		AH00.00-P-5000-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove mixer housing (1).		AR09.20-D-1320TSV
2	Remove fitting (2).	For this purpose, remove bolts (3, 4). : Replace sealing ring.
		Bolt, fitting to throttle valve actuator	*BA09.41-N-1007-01O
3	Remove screws (5) and remove throttle valve actuator (8).	: Replace seal (6).
		Bolt, throttle valve actuator to mixer housing	*BA09.41-N-1009-01O
4	Transfer charge air temperature sensor (7).	If fitting (2) is replaced.
	Clean
5	Clean sealing surface at mixer housing (1).	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
6	Clean sealing surfaces at fitting (2).	If fitting (2) is not replaced. Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
7	Clean sealing surfaces at throttle valve actuator (8).	If throttle valve actuator (8) is not replaced.
		Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
8	Install in the reverse order.
9	Read out the fault memory using the diagnostic unit.	If throttle valve actuator (8) is replaced.	AD00.00-D-2000-06TS
		Do not remove diagnostic device yet. If existing faults are shown: ↓ Erase the fault memory.
10	Perform parameterization of throttle valve actuator (8) using diagnostic device in diesel injection system control unit.	If throttle valve actuator (8) is replaced.
11	Disconnect diagnostic unit.	If throttle valve actuator (8) is replaced.

	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12	Check for leaktightness when engine is running.	Visual inspection only.
