Remove/Install Rear Section Of Air Duct Of Roof-Mounted Air Conditioning System - Ar83.50-D-7980-02TSR

1. Remove screw/bolts (3).
2. Unclip vent grille (2) from trim (1) and remove downwards.

   : Check dust filter is correctly seated on vent grille (2).

   Shown on vehicle with code HK4 (Rear air conditioning, reinforced) 

3. Remove screws (4, 5, 6).

   : Observe assignment of screws (4, 5, 6).

4. Unhook trim (1) from rear section of air duct downwards.
5. Release retaining clips at left and right of trim (1).

   : Ensure retaining clips latch completely.

6. Guide electrical wiring harness (7) out and remove trim (1).

   Aid of helper required.

   : Ensure electrical wiring harness (7) is routed correctly.

   Shown on vehicle with code HK4 (Rear air conditioning, reinforced) 

7. Remove screws (8, 9).

   : Observe assignment of screws (8, 9).

8. Guide electrical wiring harness (10) out from rear section of air duct (11).
9. Unclip rear section of air duct (11) from front section of air duct (12) and remove.

   Aid of helper required.

10. Install in the reverse order.
