Remove/Install Front Section Of Air Duct Of Roof-Mounted Air Conditioning System - Ar83.50-D-7980-01TSR

Model 907.6/7 

with code H08 (Roof-mounted air conditioning system, reinforced) 

Model 907.6/7 

with code HH7 (Roof-mounted air conditioning system, basic) 

Model 907.6/7 

with code HK4 (Rear air conditioning, reinforced) 

Model 907.8 

with code HH9 (Air conditioner, automatic heater control)

  1. Remove screw/bolt (1).
  2. Slide front trim (2) of air duct (4) in direction of arrow (A).
  3. Guide out electrical wiring harness (3) and remove front trim (2) forwards.

    INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Ensure electrical wiring harness (3) is routed correctly.

  4. Remove screw (5).
  5. Slide trim (6) of front section of air duct (4) approx. 3 cm in direction of arrow (B).
  6. Unclip trim (6) left and right from the front section of the air duct (4) and guide electrical wiring harness (7) out.

    INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Ensure catch hooks are correctly seated.

    INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Ensure electrical wiring harness (7) is routed correctly.

  7. Remove trim (6) forwards.

    IMPORTANT The number of trim pieces (6) varies depending on the wheelbase and overhang.

  8. Remove screws (8).

    INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Ensure spacer sleeves are correctly installed.

  9. Guide electrical wiring harnesses (9) out of front section of air duct (4).
  10. Unclip front section of air duct (4) from rear section of air duct (10) and remove.

    IMPORTANT The number of front sections of the air duct (4) varies depending on the wheelbase and overhang.

  11. Install in the reverse order.
